I have tried many chilli jams but this is the best I have eaten. It is so versatile that I use it on everything. It has enough warmth without being to hot for most peoples palates and gives a rich flavour to many dishes. I use it on a cheese board, put a thin layer on cooked chicken and fish and mix a tablespoon into scrabbled eggs, yum. This is the best ingredient I have in the fridge, with many more uses then I have just stated. Buy it, you wont regret it.
